How will our Performance Team monitor our athletes?
Our HIPAA compliance portal retains all of the data gathered on your athletes. Your logins are configured to allow “role” access each team member needs to effectively manage your athletes.
How is an athlete connected to our account?
Simple! We configure a unique QR code for your organization. When an athlete scans your QR code, they are setup on your portal and can instantly begin the training program you setup. In parallel the COG Care kit is immediately in route to your athlete.
How does the billing process work?
Our services are setup on a monthly subscription. On the first day of each month you’ll issue the payment needed to set aside the number of athletes you want to engage in our service that month.
What is the process for managing guest access to explore what you offer?
We have a guest mode that you can use to login and explore the full service.
